POSITION OBJECTIVE

The job holder will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations

DO - Key Responsibilities

1. - loading & unloading activities in the warehouse
- Segregate, sort and distribute Cartons
- Handle shop requisition, deliveries , pre-retailing, first issue & replenishment activities
- Ensure Bar-coding , distribution and Scanning of Cartons & Pallets
- Arrange stocks in bins / racks / shelves & redistribution/pullouts activities
- Create & maintain Storage / Excess / damage reports for import shipments
- Follow Housekeeping standards in the area of operations
- Implement Stock taking activity
- Proper adherence to all warehouse processes in WMS Retek environment
- Movement of pallets between processing areas using hand pallet jacks
- Arrange documents for deliveries/ exports
- loading of containers & trailers, delivery trucks
- implement open carton distribution activities
- Tally cartons against invoice / packing list
- Move goods received to staging area as per zones / concepts / department and maintain FIFO
- Segregate GRN / Stylewise and keep samples ready for pricing
- Arrange barcodes and move goods to process area / process tables
- Stick barcode, security tag, hanger and confirm SED
