Employment: Full Time
Responsible to provide and ensure the safe operational functions of all electrical and plumbing tools and equipment’s, utilities and fixtures.
Job Responsibilities
• Performs general electrical and plumbing jobs according to quality and safety standards.
• Responsible for the timely completion of any assigned tasks.
• Ensure that repair jobs are accomplished in a safe manner for themselves and the people within the work premises. Necessary safety and precautionary measures are to be observed at all times. Prescribed uniforms/safety shoes are worn on duty as standard requirement.
• Performs other general repair works as necessary and any other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
• At least 5 years skilled experience in industrial, commercial, hospitality and residential facilities.
• Educated to high school level
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance techniques
• Able to communicate in English
