Employment: Full Time

- To provide market leading swim expertise and the motivation to enjoy swimming to our membership base.
- To exceed Fitness First member expectations through ensuring attentiveness during their swim class, assisting them with correction, instruction on drill execution that will maximize water understanding and stroke development.
- Demonstrate a high standard of instruction and technique in the execution of all swim training in accordance with the Fitness First Swim Academy guidelines and SOPs.
- Support all club events and actively promote Fitness First Swim Academy services.
- Maintain relevant communication channels with members and swimmers in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued building rapport with both.
- Use members'/parents' names when interacting with them - politely introduce yourself with members/parents you do not know. Get to know both the children's and parents' names. Building these relationships to keep retention of swimmers.
- Have a clear understanding of our business' game plan and winning ways
- To encourage continuous progress, achievement and growth.
- To enable each student to realize their potential by testing their limits.
- To maintain a high level of customer service and safety in and around the pool.
- To ensure our brand standards are upheld in and around the pool and club.
